What we collect
- Account data: your email or phone number used to sign in. Guest sessions store no personal identifiers until you convert to an email/phone account.
- Watch history: which episodes you played, paused, or completed, and how far you got.
- Purchase records: coin top-ups, subscription status, and episode unlocks — required for entitlement and refund handling.
- Device information: device type, operating system, app version, and IP address at request time.
How we use it
To deliver the service (playback entitlement, personalised feed), operate the wallet and subscription, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights under DPDP
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data or update your preferences.
- Withdraw consent and request deletion of your account.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
- Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (contact below).
Retention & deletion
Account and watch data are retained while your account is active. On deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days; anonymised aggregates may be retained for analytics. Purchase records are retained for the period required by Indian tax law.
